What We're Looking For Must-haves:

Licensed NJ Journeyman Plumber (or equivalent experience working toward licensure) 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience — you've seen water heaters, drain clogs, sewer lines, fixture replacements, and slab leaks enough times to diagnose confidently Customer-facing skills — you can explain what's wrong and why it matters without talking down to people Clean driving record and ability to pass background check Bonus points: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software Backflow certification, gas line experience, or other specialty skills Comfortable with Good/Better/Best option presentations What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (service calls, not new construction) Present options to homeowners and help them make informed decisions Maintain your truck, tools, and inventory Follow our service call process and document work in ServiceTitan Communicate with dispatch and the team throughout the day Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training
