Job Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Plumbers, Mechanics, and Helpers to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction sites, utilizing your plumbing, mechanical, and handyman skills to contribute to successful building projects. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to assemble piping and fixtures Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and mechanical plans Perform heavy lifting and manual labor necessary for pipe installation and remodeling tasks Support welding, carpentry, and HVAC work as needed during construction projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards Requirements Prior experience in construction, plumbing, or related trades preferred but not mandatory; training provided for eager learners Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and basic welding equipment Mechanical knowledge including understanding of schematics, blueprints, and HVAC systems Physical strength for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation processes Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is a plus but not required Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous but not essential Join Proven Mechanical today to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, craftsmanship, and growth!
