Role Snapshot Location:
Union, NJ (full-time, residential service). Diagnose and repair home HVAC systems: furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers. Prevent callbacks by catching small issues before they become big ones. Present clear choices—repair vs. replace, financing options, and service agreements. Use ServiceTitan, an iPad, and digital invoicing to streamline every visit. Track your KPIs and consistently hit revenue and service goals. Pay & Rewards $25-$50/hr base, commensurate with experience. Uncapped performance bonuses—high earners reach $100,000-$200,000+ total compensation.

What You'll Need Hands-on residential HVAC experience with in-home diagnostics and service. Solid grasp of safety protocols and local codes.
