Required Qualifications Extensive background in residential plumbing, including a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in real-world settings. A thorough grasp of regional building codes and safety protocols. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Proficiency in the English language. Your Responsibilities You will be tasked with managing residential plumbing service calls, including complex repairs. Your role involves diagnosing problems, providing honest recommendations, and fostering long-term relationships with clients who will specifically request your expertise.
Your daily duties will include:
Identifying and fixing a wide variety of plumbing system malfunctions. Proactively addressing potential issues to help maintain a reliable system for the homeowner and reduce future service needs. Guiding clients through their repair or replacement choices, including financing and service plans, to help them make confident, informed decisions. Taking full ownership of your performance, monitoring your own metrics to help ensure the team reaches its collective revenue and service objectives.
