Job Description As a Commercial Plumbing Journeyman in TLC's Commercial Service Department, you will provide customer-focused service daily to ensure a safe work environment, high-quality workmanship, and strong production performance. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions Perform routine service, inspections, and preventative maintenance Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work and pricing Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals Complete service documentation, invoicing, and collections in a timely manner Coordinate with dispatch and team members to meet scheduling commitments Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members as needed Qualifications Valid Plumbing Journeyman License (required) 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, and installation practices Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and service trade requirements Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Salary $30 - $38 (hourly) Why choose us?
