Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Plumber Helper, where you'll play a vital role in supporting skilled plumbers on a variety of plumbing projects. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction plumbing, pipe installation, and maintenance tasks. You'll be instrumental in assisting with the setup, assembly, and repair of plumbing systems while learning essential skills that will propel your career forward. Responsibilities Support the assembly and installation of piping, fixtures, and related mechanical components. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on site. Learn to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimations. Support welding tasks and other construction activities as directed by supervisors. Experience Basic understanding of plumbing systems, schematics, HVAC concepts, and mechanical components. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, carpentry, or handyman work is advantageous. Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus; strong mechanical aptitude is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
