In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial and residental projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites, remodeling projects, residental and commercial properties. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, HVAC technicians, and project managers to coordinate work efforts Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system testing Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems using mechanical knowledge and field service experience Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing, site installation, and remodeling projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Familiarity with HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and maintenance procedures is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments Experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is advantageous for versatile project support Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
