You will:

Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues Build trust and educate homeowners Present repair and replacement solutions Deliver excellent workmanship and communication Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Key Responsibilities Service & Technical Execution Perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently Complete jobs while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards Customer Experience Build rapport and trust with homeowners Clearly explain issues and solutions Provide customers with options and recommendations Deliver a 5-star experience on every call Performance & Accountability Maintain productivity and efficiency standards Take ownership of job performance and results Participate in coaching and continuous improvement Accurately document job notes and completed work Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with dispatch and management Support team goals and company initiatives Maintain a positive and professional attitude What We're Looking For 21+ years old with valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana) Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License preferred 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in customer homes Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset Important This is a customer-facing role — communication and professionalism are critical Success in this role comes from accountability, consistency, and customer trust We are looking for technicians who want to grow, develop, and build a long-term career

Experience Plumbing:

2+ years preferred License/Certification Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License preferred Valid Driver's License required

$55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
