Role:

As a P3 Apprentice, you'll work closely with our skilled Journeymen, gaining hands-on experience while assisting in a wide range of plumbing tasks. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the trade and eager to advance their career. We will support you in obtaining your journeyman's card, and you'll be on a fast track to running your own projects and driving your company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for both residential and commercial clients. Handle day-to-day tasks on residential remodels or tenant improvement (TI) commercial jobs. Observe and learn from Journeymen, following their guidance and instructions. Perform essential plumbing tasks under supervision, such as cutting, assembling, and fitting pipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas. Adhere to safety protocols and use the appropriate personal protective equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, always remaining polite, professional, and respectful to clients.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent. A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment is a plus. A valid driver's license may be required depending on the job site. Bilingual is a plus.
