Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of plumbing systems and fixtures Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions Document completed work and update job details accurately Manage van inventory and maintain tools/equipment Coordinate with dispatch regarding job progress and scheduling
