Responsibilities Plumbing Installations & Repairs Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately Complete work according to company quality and safety standards Customer Service & Communication Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Explain issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner Deliver a positive, trustworthy customer experience Job Site Management Arrive prepared and organized for each appointment Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas Keep company vehicles and equipment organized Preventative Maintenance & Efficiency Identify preventative maintenance opportunities for customers Recommend solutions that help avoid future plumbing emergencies Suggest process improvements and workflow efficiencies when applicable
