Residential Service Plumber Luxury Property Management & Maintenance The Hamptons, NY (East End / Suffolk County) Full-Time Pure Property Group is a residential property management and maintenance company serving discerning homeowners throughout the Hamptons. We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team and help maintain luxury homes with professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. This position is ideal for a skilled plumber who enjoys a variety of residential service work, problem-solving in the field, and working in a high-end client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and complete residential plumbing repairs and maintenance Repair and replace faucets, fixtures, toilets, shut-off valves, garbage disposals, and drain components Troubleshoot plumbing leaks, low pressure issues, and drainage problems Perform basic water heater troubleshooting and maintenance Assist with seasonal property openings/closings and winterization Identify plumbing issues before they become larger problems and recommend preventative solutions Coordinate with property managers and outside vendors when larger repairs are required Document work performed, materials used, and time on site using company software and mobile tools Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and vendors Occasionally assist with other property maintenance tasks. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience working in occupied residential homes Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Familiarity with residential water, drainage, and fixture systems Experience with high-end homes and luxury finishes preferred Professional appearance and respectful communication skills Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for work orders, photos, and documentation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Familiarity with the Hamptons / East End area is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Full-time, year-round position Paid holidays, PTO, and sick time Group health insurance contribution Company-supported growth opportunities Opportunity to join a respected and growing Hamptons company Positive team-oriented work environment About Pure Property Group Pure Property Group provides high-end property management, maintenance, and concierge services for luxury homeowners throughout the Hamptons.
