Your role will be vital in supporting plumbing projects across residential, commercial, or industrial sites, gaining practical knowledge in blueprint reading, pipe threading, and mechanical systems. Assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various construction sites. Support the setup and use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently. Learn to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate installation. Participate in pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly of plumbing components according to safety standards. Help with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, piping, and related mechanical systems. Contribute to site preparation activities such as measuring, marking, and carpentry work needed for plumbing installations. Assist with routine maintenance tasks on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation. Support field service activities by troubleshooting basic issues under supervision and assisting with repairs. Gain exposure to HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge relevant to building infrastructure projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or prior experience in construction or maintenance person roles is a plus. Basic understanding of construction principles and familiarity with construction site environments. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading is advantageous. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in plumbing systems, HVAC, or related fields. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining safety standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on the job site. Previous experience in remodeling, maintenance work, or carpentry is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.
