Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team and contribute to large-scale construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse commercial plumbing installations, remodeling, and maintenance tasks. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be instrumental in ensuring that plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained efficiently and safely across various construction sites. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and ability to interpret blueprints will drive project success and client satisfaction. Duties Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections in complex systems. Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure while adhering to safety standards. Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor required for construction site tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems and integrate plumbing solutions accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings with confidence. Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and remodeling processes is highly desirable. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders, and work in various construction environments. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Valid commercial driver's license preferred for site transportation needs. Handyman experience or carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support. $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
