Job Description
The Opportunity 1-Tom Plumber Buffalo is a new, premium plumbing company being built the right way in Western New York — with flat-rate pricing, real dispatch support, and a pay structure that rewards doing good work efficiently. We're hiring experienced Service Plumbers who want a professional operation, clean systems, and income that actually reflects their skill level. This is not a hack-and-slash shop. This is not a "sell at all costs" shop. This is a do it right, get paid well, grow with the company shop. How You Get Paid $6,000/month base salary — guaranteed, not a draw against commission 8% performance pay on monthly billings above a $15,000 floor — no cap At 3 jobs/day × $500 average ticket, realistic Year 1 OTE is $88,800+ Top performers earn six figures. There is no ceiling. $2,500 retention bonus at 6 months, another $2,500 at 12 months What You'll Be Doing Run residential and light commercial service calls Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures Present options to customers using a flat-rate pricing system Document work in ServiceTitan — notes, photos, invoices — before leaving the job site Keep a clean, professional truck and work area Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and emergency calls What We Offer Company van — assigned to you Full tool kit provided and maintained Uniforms provided Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO A real support team: dispatch, admin, systems — so you can focus on the work Requirements 3+ years residential and/or light commercial service plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and repair skills Valid driver's license, clean driving record Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job documentation Licensing is a plus, but not required for the right candidate Why This Is a Good Move Most plumbers cap out by staying in someone else's truck forever — or bouncing between messy shops with no systems and no support.
