Plumbing Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction plumbing, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently on mostly residential sites and some commercial. A focus on safety, precision, and quality workmanship is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Perform welding and assembly tasks related to plumbing components and fixtures. Assist with HVAC system components related to plumbing as needed. Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients regarding project progress and technical issues. Able to communicate professionally with homeowners and long‑standing customers, explain services clearly, and build trust through consistent, respectful interaction. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades such as carpentry or handyman services. Knowledge of welding techniques, pipe threading, and schematic reading is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations. Valid commercial driving license is a plus for transporting materials or equipment between sites.
