What You Will Do Perform residential and light commercial plumbing and heating service, repair, and installations Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and present solutions clearly and professionally Educate the customers about their homes systems - build trust, not just transactions Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance Represent the Chivalry brand with pride on every call Keep your truck and work areas clean and organized Work with the team to deliver great service and hit shared goals What We Are Looking For 3+ years of plumbing and heating experience (service work preferred) Strong communication skills — you can explain things clearly to customers Sales mindset with a customer-focused attitude — you present options, not pressure Valid driver's license and clean driving record Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Team player with a "yes I can" mindset and a drive to exceed goals What We Stand For At Chivalry, our values are not a wall poster — they are how we operate every single day.
