A plumber should be able not only to perform a variety of plumbing tasks but also to communicate with both commercial and residential clients. The plumber is sometimes the only person a client interacts with, so customer service can be a big part of the job. The ability to keep accurate and complete records is also important. The job description for a plumber may vary depending on the specific job setting, but generally, the duties and responsibilities of a plumber include: Install and repair plumbing systems: This involves reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems. Plumbers install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and appliances to ensure proper function.Troubleshoot plumbing problems:
