We are not a franchise or corporate chain—just a local team committed to doing the job right the first time. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our growing team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in the trade, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Diagnose plumbing issues and perform efficient repairs Work on water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment Perform sewer and drain cleaning as needed Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain company tools, vehicles, and job site cleanliness Requirements Qualifications Prior plumbing experience (3-5 years strongly preferred) Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel within Central New York service area Preferred (Not Required) Journeyman or Master Plumbing License Experience with both residential and commercial systems Drain cleaning and service truck experience Benefits What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22-$35+/hour based on experience Steady, year-round work Local jobs—minimal travel outside Central NY Supportive, family-style work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Company vehicles/tools (based on role and experience) Schedule Full-time position with consistent weekday hours.
