reviews $30 - $40 an hour We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to perform plumbing services ranging from simple faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing system replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to service calls, conduct thorough inspections of plumbing issues, accurately diagnose problems, offer effective solutions and estimates, and close service sales. Provide routine maintenance plumbing services. Provide 24/7 emergency services, as needed. Install and repair various plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, and water softeners. Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, including water, drainage, and gas lines. Conduct sewer and drain cleaning services in diverse environments such as basements, roofs, confined spaces, and close quarters. Ensure thorough cleaning and restoration of work sites to meet pre-job conditions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, state regulations, and local building codes. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing products, upgrades, and services. Read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications to determine layouts. Perform pressure tests to ensure system safety and performance. Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies. Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and clients. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas are in excellent condition. Complete daily work orders, reports, and documentation on time and accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Five (5) or more years of plumbing service and repair experience (residential preferred). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Full knowledge of plumbing systems is essential for performing duties. Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. State plumbing license preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA standards. Bilingual is a plus Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise and environmental conditions. Work in confined spaces. Able to climb ladders and navigate uneven surfaces. Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
