About the Role We're hiring an Experienced Drain Cleaning Technician to handle residential drain issues and help identify larger diagnostic opportunities. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on clearing blockages, troubleshooting issues, and guiding homeowners toward the right next steps. What You'll Do Clear residential drain blockages using professional equipment Diagnose issues and identify root causes where possible Operate drain machines safely and efficiently Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions Identify opportunities for camera inspections and additional work Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow company safety and service standards Work independently while coordinating with team and dispatch What We're Looking For Experience operating professional drain cleaning equipment Strong troubleshooting ability in residential environments Experience with Spartan equipment preferred Strong communication and customer-facing skills Reliable, professional, and accountable Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic Compensation Commission-based structure Typical earnings: $70,000
