Immediate Openings Available Position Overview Capital City Mechanical is seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Journeyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of commercial experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently and alongside a team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial mechanical systems Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and customers on job progress Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively Support job site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Qualifications 5-10 years of commercial journeyman experience required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong understanding of commercial systems, tools, and installation practices Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and professionalism OSHA certification preferred but not required Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments What We Offer Top Pay Based on Experience 4 Weeks PTO Comprehensive Medical Benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) Retirement Plan Options Basic Life Insurance Stable, year-round work Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Monday-Friday schedule with strong work-life balance Apply Today Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
