Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team and help deliver top-tier plumbing solutions for large-scale construction projects. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work meets safety standards and project specifications. Duties Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial construction environments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure secure connections and compliance with safety standards Collaborate with construction teams, including carpenters and HVAC specialists, to coordinate installation processes on-site Conduct inspections of plumbing systems during various project phases, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize delays Utilize mechanical knowledge to integrate plumbing with other building systems such as HVAC and fire suppression Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair activities while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or large-scale projects; construction site experience is essential Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics for integrated building services Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning Familiarity with remodeling or renovation projects is a plus; handyman experience is advantageous Valid commercial driver's license preferred for site transportation needs Join us as a Commercial Plumber if you're passionate about constructing durable infrastructure with precision craftsmanship!
