• Must-Have Requirements Must be a licensed Journeyman Plumber Previous residential or service plumbing experience required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs independently Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow company procedures, schedules, and service protocols Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments Professional appearance and dependable attendance Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and digital work order systems Plumber•Field Service Expert•Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join a fast-paced residential service team.

This role is responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting repair options to customers, and completing high-quality plumbing work while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working independently in residential service environments. • Essential Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and components Perform plumbing service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations Communicate professionally with customers throughout the service process Provide accurate estimates and repair recommendations Follow company service procedures and scheduling expectations Complete digital job notes, invoices, and documentation accurately Maintain assigned company vehicle, tools, and equipment Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain stocked inventory Work closely with dispatch and management regarding scheduling updates Maintain clean and organized work areas on every jobsite Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices Respond to emergency or urgent service calls as needed Review upcoming schedules and ensure materials and equipment are prepared Attend Monday morning meetings at the Claremore location Plumber•Field Service Expert•Additional Qualifications Residential service plumbing experience strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently without constant supervision Professional and customer-focused attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs Ability to work in varying weather conditions Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as needed Experience using tablets, apps, or digital dispatch systems preferred

Install underground storm, sanitary, or water piping systems, extending piping as needed to connect fixtures and plumbing. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment. Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers or levels. Cut, thread, or hammer pipes to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders, or pipe benders. #LP1
