Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites, ensuring all work meets safety standards and building codes. Your expertise will help bring projects to life efficiently and safely, contributing to the creation of functional, reliable infrastructure. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and welding tasks. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes. Conduct remodeling and assembly work as needed to adapt existing plumbing infrastructure. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing components align with project specifications and timelines. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of work. Qualifications Valid state license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing projects. Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC integration, and schematics interpretation. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning. Hands-on experience with carpentry, remodeling, handyman tasks, and assembly work is a plus. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access logistics.
