American Home Pros is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in doing the job right and delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. This is more than a plumbing position. You'll be trusted to diagnose problems, present clear solutions, complete high-quality repairs, and provide the white-glove, concierge-level service our customers expect. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Install and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, and fixtures Perform drain cleaning and sewer troubleshooting Complete plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance Clearly explain findings, options, and recommendations to homeowners Maintain accurate service documentation in ServiceTitan Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and professional Follow plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled What We're Looking For Current Oklahoma Journeyman Plumbing License 4-5 years of residential plumbing experience preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to use mobile technology and ServiceTitan Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Why Join American Home Pros?
