Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Water Softener Installer to install, service, and maintain residential water treatment systems including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and whole-home filtration units. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in residential environments. This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid per completed installation. Ideal for plumbers, handymen, or installers looking for flexible, performance-based income opportunities. Responsibilities Install residential water softeners and filtration systems Complete plumbing connections and basic modifications Ensure clean, professional installations Educate customers on system operation Troubleshoot and service existing equipment when needed Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication Submit installation photos and completion details Qualifications Plumbing, mechanical, or installation experience preferred Experience with water treatment equipment is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must provide own tools Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Compensation Paid per completed install Great earning potential for efficient installers Opportunity for additional service and upgrade commissions Why Join Us?
