Maintenance Plumber

We are looking for a personable, problem-solving, and experienced plumber to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on gas and water supply systems, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing fixtures. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand, power, and plumbing tools, and is proficient at interpreting blueprints and building codes. Compensation:

$35 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities:

Fulfill preventative maintenance orders for customers Read and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Enter completed projects and the parts used into database Certify newly installed components properly function Present customers with a total for the plumbing services, repairs, and installation Lead, support, and manage plumbing crews to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards Work closely with office staff on scheduling, dispatching, job flow, and communication Assist with sales efforts, job estimates, and customer follow-up when needed Monitor daily operations, productivity, and job performance

Qualifications:
