Rough-in Plumber

ABOUT THE ROLE

Banes & Daughters, a division of Four Quarters Mechanical, is looking for an experienced plumber who is experienced in

ROUGH-IN HIGH-END RENOVATIONS/BIG HOMES.

You will run your own calls independently, build relationships with customers, and take pride in solving problems efficiently and correctly the first time. If you are a seasoned plumber who thrives on troubleshooting and delivering great customer experiences, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run service calls independently — diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and completing repairs on the spot Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations in residential and light commercial settings Communicate clearly with customers — explain the problem, the fix, and the cost before you start Ensure all work meets Pennsylvania plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and job documentation Represent Banes & Daughters professionally on every call

WHAT YOU BRING ROUGH-IN HIGH-END RENOVATIONS/BIG HOMES

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and correctly Several years of hands-on plumbing experience with a strong service and troubleshooting background Comfortable running calls independently with minimal supervision Strong customer-facing communication skills — you are the face of the company on every job Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
