Apprentice Plumber

Support experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on construction sites. Assist with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively under supervision. Help with measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling pipes and fixtures according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Participate in remodeling, maintenance tasks, and field service activities as directed by supervisors. Learn to identify mechanical components of HVAC systems and basic plumbing schematics during on-the-job training. No prior professional experience required; however, construction site experience or handyman work is a plus. Basic knowledge of construction or plumbing concepts is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or carpentry can accelerate your learning curve. Strong interest in developing skills related to pipe threading, blueprint reading, welding, and mechanical systems. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and estimations on-site. Demonstrated motivation for a career in construction plumbing through coursework or related activities is desirable but not essential.
