Summary :
The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:
Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings or fixtures of water or drainage systems Cutting, threading and bending various pipes Communicate with project manager to determine scope of work Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout Consult project manager with staffing needs and issues Complete jobs on time and within budget Arrange meetings with project manager to discuss project when needed Other duties as assigned by the project manager, plumbing managers orBoard of Directors Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the plumbing trade with experience on commercial construction job sites Thorough knowledge of plumbing theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment Organizational skills to process required job site paperwork Strong team building and leadership skills Good analytical skills and attention to details with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals Journeyman and/or Master license is a plusJob Type:
