Summary:
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential properties. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients enjoy efficient and reliable plumbing services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems. Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing problems and proposed solutions. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and assist in training apprentices, as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a residential plumbing technician Thorough knowledge of plumbing, methods, practices, tools, and equipment Organizational skills to process required paperwork Strong team building and leadership skills
