Job Description Job Description The Opportunity This is not just another plumbing job. This is a lead role for someone who wants to take ownership, lead by example, and be a key part of a tight-knit, high-performing team. You'll work both in the field and alongside leadership , helping guide jobs, support team members, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. What You'll Do Perform drain cleaning, diagnostics, and residential plumbing repairs Handle underground work, excavation, trenchless, and drainage solutions Identify root causes—not just quick fixes Communicate clearly with customers and educate them on solutions Coordinate with dispatch and support job flow throughout the day Monitor stock levels of plumbing parts and tools. Lead by example in professionalism, quality, and work ethic Support team development and uphold company standards What We're Looking For 3-5+ years plumbing experience (drain cleaning experience strongly preferred) Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Positive, professional, customer-first attitude Ability to handle a physically active role Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to pass background screening
