Plumber Fitter II Norristown, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22478415 Summary Norristown, PA In-Person $28.16 - $37.55 per Hour 5 Years Experience Vocational/Technical Certificate No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all plumbing, piping and perform HVAC duties, as assigned by the Skilled Trades Manager and Foreman, both inside and outside of County buildings, in all types of weather conditions. Required to be on call 24/7, including snow removal. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in plumbing trade. Ability to read architectural /engineering drawings. Ability to read and interpret specifications. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals. Ability to maintain clerical records and logs, as provided. Ability to interact with engineer, technicians and to work from verbal instructions or schematic drawings. Ability to read, interpret and implement latest codes. Basis knowledge of all piping systems. Mechanical skills, knowledge of chemical water treatment and pneumatic controls. Computer literate. Well organized and detail-oriented. Good inter- personal, oral and written communication skills. Current/valid PA Driver's License.
