Job Description

PureFlow Solutions (A Division of American Rooter) - Plumbing Technician PureFlow Solutions is hiring experienced Plumbing Technicians to support one of our high-volume partnership accounts. While employed through American Rooter, this role represents the PureFlow brand in the field and is critical to maintaining our reputation for speed, quality, and professionalism. This is a fast-paced, high-opportunity position with consistent, year-round work and strong earning potential. We operate under strict service-level agreements, and our technicians are expected to be efficient, thorough, and proactive in identifying additional opportunities within the home. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated professionals who take pride in their work, communicate effectively, and can operate independently while delivering a top-tier customer experience. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service and repairs including water lines, drain lines, stack repairs, fixture replacements, and water heater installations. Complete drain cleaning, diagnostics, and system investigations while identifying root causes, not just symptoms. Communicate clearly with dispatch and management throughout the day and maintain accurate, real-time job updates using mobile software. Understand and apply customer coverages based on partnership guidelines, while identifying and recommending non-covered work. Follow all partnership SLA requirements, including proper documentation, scheduling expectations, and communication standards. Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience on every call. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience with a reputable company. Strong background in drain cleaning and service work is required. Ability to work independently, make decisions in the field, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment. Comfortable using mobile software and documenting work in real time. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable. Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must pass drug and background screening. Philadelphia Journeyman or Master Plumber license is a strong plus. What We Offer Consistent, high-volume workload with no slow seasons. Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
