Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs. Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly tasks with mechanical knowledge to meet project specifications. Conduct remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing work, including fixture installation and system upgrades. Utilize HVAC knowledge for related system adjustments and troubleshooting when necessary. Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades with hands-on knowledge of pipe threading, schematics, and blueprint reading. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques. Familiarity with construction site safety practices and heavy lifting procedures. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and schematic interpretation. Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems as well as HVAC systems is preferred. Ability to perform remodeling tasks and handyman duties as needed. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving is a plus but not required.
