Synergy3 Residential Service Plumber We are seeking a full-time Residential Service Plumber to promptly respond and perform repairs and maintenance on residential plumbing systems. Responsibilities:

Hold and maintain the necessary licenses to pull permits and oversee work under your license. Collaborate with our construction team to ensure all plumbing installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently. Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations. Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances (sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, etc.) Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems Performing leak detection and repair Working with natural gas, propane, and oil lines (must have a valid license for each) Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications Ensuring all work meets safety standards and adheres to plumbing codes Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years residential plumbing experience Valid Driver's License and good driving record Must be able to pass a drug test Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be well organized & punctual

Professional Presentation Compensation:
