  • Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are a growing agricultural and residential plumbing company with a strong team culture and a commitment to service excellence.
We take pride in supporting the agricultural community by designing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems tailored for barns and milking parlors. The company manufactures proprietary equipment for water management. We are looking for a motivated Journeyman Plumber or Apprentice Plumber

    REQUIRED, 4-day work week ! If you enjoy working in beautiful countryside locations, independently and in small teams; if you take pride in your craft and want to make a difference for farming families across the region, this could be the role for you. Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, & repair agricultural water supply, radiant heating, storage, flushing, and drainage systems.
  • Work with pumps, water storage systems, heaters, heat exchangers, barn flushing systems, and related equipment.
  • Install and join small and large pipes (up to 24"), PEX with multiple connectors and flanges, bolts, cement, or solder.
  • Test piping systems for leaks using air and water pressure methods.
  • Minor commercial and residential plumbing installations and repairs (mostly at farm locations).
  • Collaborate with customers, unrelated contractors, and workers from other trades.
  • Create wall and floor openings, install pipe sizes and materials, and other jobsite requirements.
  • Cut, assemble, install, repair, and replace pipe sections, pumps, heaters, and related systems.
  • Accurately log billable hours and maintain project documentation as required.
  • Travel to client sites for year-round indoor and outdoor work (occasional residential projects). Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Solid math and measurement skills.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, lift/carry up to 100 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of plumbing safety regulations and best practices.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with water mains and/or sewer lines preferred, but not required.
A plumbing license is plus and nice to have, but not required for this role.
