We are hiring a Plumbing Service Technician who is fully specialized in plumbing service work. This is not a generalist role—we are specifically looking for professionals whose core experience is in residential plumbing service, not HVAC or electrical. If you take pride in diagnosing and solving plumbing issues the right way, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing Complete 4+ residential plumbing service calls daily Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (water heaters, fixtures, leaks, drains, clogs, etc.) Perform plumbing installations and replacements Use Service Titan CRM for scheduling, invoicing, and job documentation Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendations Deliver high-quality workmanship on every job Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace Participate in an on-call rotation What We're Looking For (Must-Have Requirements) 2-5+ years of residential plumbing service experience (Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber) Strong plumbing-only background (no all-around technicians) Proven ability to independently diagnose and complete plumbing service jobs Hands-on experience using Service Titan CRM (required) Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and installations Strong communication and customer service skills High integrity and pride in craftsmanship (no pushy sales approach) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred (Nice to Have) Journeyman Plumbing License (or working toward it) Experience in high-volume residential service environments Strong efficiency in managing multiple service calls per day Why Join This Team?
