Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Install plumbing fixtures, piping systems, water heaters, and other equipment. Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions. Maintain organized truck inventory and a clean, professional workspace. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards on every job. Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely emergency services.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician in residential and/or commercial plumbing. Strong installation and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Professional appearance and clean work habits. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Backflow testing and repair certification is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. On-call availability required as needed.
