Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate pipe routing and system setup Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as pipe threading machines and welding tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction site activities Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, or system failures Support the assembly of piping systems using pipe fittings, connectors, and schematics while adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site, following all safety guidelines related to construction sites and HVAC systems Skills Construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installations and repairs Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, soldering, welding, and schematics interpretation Knowledge of HVAC systems and general mechanical principles relevant to plumbing work Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed schematics for complex piping layouts Skilled in using hand tools (wrenches, pliers), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy-duty equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Strong carpentry skills for framing or remodeling tasks related to plumbing installations Experience with commercial driving or transportation for material delivery is a plus Handyman experience or general remodeling background enhances versatility on-site Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout long workdays Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction plumbing!
