Key Responsibilities:
Perform field service operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of plumbing issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing challenges in residential and commercial settings. Adhere to and enforce high standards of quality and workmanship.
Qualifications:
Two years of service plumbing experience as a lead. Willingness to work within a dynamic team or independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong technical acumen with the ability to diagnose complex issues. Hold a Valid Drivers License. Familiarity with building and presenting repair options to customers. Pass a drug screening and background check upon request. Ability to use drain and diagnostics equipment/tools. Have the physical ability to perform the duties of a service technician.
