In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all codes and standards. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications Perform construction plumbing tasks including pipe fitting, pipe bending, soldering, and assembly of fixtures in accordance with safety standards Conduct remodeling and maintenance work on existing plumbing infrastructure to improve functionality or prepare for new installations Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and specifications Operate heavy lifting equipment safely when handling large pipes or materials on-site Perform field service tasks such as diagnosing issues, replacing faulty components, and conducting routine inspections Qualifications Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber or in a similar construction plumbing role with demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical principles Valid journeyman plumber license or certification as required by local regulations Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and carpentry skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work Knowledge of remodeling, maintenance procedures, and handyman tasks is a plus Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access Join us to build reliable infrastructure while advancing your skills in a vibrant team environment.
