In this role, you will perform essential plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential settings, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert craftsmanship and professional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled tradespeople passionate about plumbing and construction. Duties Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues using hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques Install, replace, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in homes Read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to accurately execute projects Conduct remodeling projects, pipe threading, and assembly tasks with precision Utilize welding skills when necessary for pipe repairs or custom fittings Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites or in customer homes Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate effectively with clients about project status Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation, repair, and remodeling projects Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, HVAC systems, and mechanical principles Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Physical ability to lift heavy materials regularly and work on construction sites safely Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred but not required Handyman experience or carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support Join us if you're ready to bring your plumbing expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference!
