  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites.
In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of projects while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your mechanical knowledge, construction estimating skills, and hands-on experience to make a tangible impact on our construction endeavors. Responsibilities Lead plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to plan effective plumbing layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and install plumbing systems accurately. Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects by assessing materials, labor, and time requirements to ensure project profitability. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless workflow on-site. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or plumbing fixtures during field service operations. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates, maintenance logs, and inspection reports. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for commercial plumbing projects. Experience Proven field service experience in commercial or residential construction plumbing environments. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes related to plumbing systems. Hands-on experience with construction site activities including remodeling, maintenance, assembly, and heavy lifting tasks. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, HVAC systems integration, and mechanical diagrams. Strong familiarity with pipe threading techniques, welding procedures, carpentry basics, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or other commercial driving equipment when necessary. Prior experience in construction plumbing projects involving remodeling or new builds is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate installation work.
