Plumber

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team at a leading modular housing manufacturer. As a Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the plumbing systems of our high-quality, modular structures meet our rigorous standards of safety and functionality. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain plumbing systems and components in modular units, including pipes, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters. Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations. Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with other tradespeople, including electricians, carpenters, and designers, to ensure seamless integration of all components. Conduct inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or issues in the plumbing systems. Properly maintain and store all tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and production schedules. Stay updated on the latest plumbing techniques and modular construction methods to improve efficiency and quality. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in modular or prefabricated housing.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized apprenticeship program is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, strong understanding of plumbing systems and safety regulations. Attention to

Keen eye for detail to ensure precision in all tasks. Ability to read and interrupt blueprints and technical drawings.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve construction issues effectively.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Reliability:
