Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in Service plumbing, installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires the ability to work with various hand tools and equipment. The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for ensuring that plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and effectively in both residential and commercial settings. You will be running your own service truck and responding to residential and commercial calls for service. Calls include but are not limited to water heater repair and replacement, filtration installation, toilet and faucet repair/replacement, rerouting and roughing in plumbing for remodel/renovatioin projects, etc. Duties Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures. Perform heavy lifting as required to transport materials and equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. Collaborate with coworkers to complete task as well as work alone Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing Experience with heavy lifting; must be physically fit to perform job duties. Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in plumbing tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
