Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber for Commercial New Construction projects. 4-5 month project to start and ongoing projects elsewhere in the area following project completion. (Contract to Hire) Duties Install plumbing systems in commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Working on underground, rough ins, PEX Pipe, PVC, water lines, water heaters, copper, and setting fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble piping systems. Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling pipes, fixtures, and other materials on construction sites. Collaborate with other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of building systems. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Working with a Helper to assist with layout, fixtures, etc. Qualifications Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction plumbing practices. Must have own hand/power tools and PPE Ability to read and understand blueprints/plans/schematics Must be able to provide 2 professional references
