Job Description

Senior Licensed Plumbing Technician Location:
Abner Solar Position Summary:
The Senior Licensed Plumbing Technician will be instrumental in installing and commissioning plumbing and process piping systems for the new Abner Solar factory. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality execution of water, drainage, process, and fire protection systems in compliance with project specifications and codes.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee installation, welding, testing, and pressure testing of plumbing and process piping systems. Read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications to meet IPC and South Carolina code requirements. Perform quality control, leak detection, system flushing, and optimization on site. Coordinate with other MEP trades and contractors for integrated system delivery. Maintain strict safety compliance and support team development. Assist with documentation, commissioning, and preparation for facility startup.
Qualifications :
Valid South Carolina Plumbing Contractor License (Master Plumber License Required). 5+ years of industrial/commercial plumbing and piping experience, ideally in manufacturing facility construction. Expertise in piping installation, testing, and relevant tools. High safety consciousness and leadership capabilities. Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Chinese) is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction environment.
Salary range:
