Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and install plumbing components with precision Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for custom installations or repairs Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, corrosion or other issues before they escalate Collaborate with construction teams on new builds or remodeling projects to ensure plumbing aligns with project specifications Lift heavy materials safely and utilize carpentry skills when framing or modifying spaces for plumbing installations Read basic math measurements to ensure accurate fitting of pipes and fixtures Follow safety protocols on construction sites and operate heavy machinery or construction vehicles as required Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each project Skills Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials Experience with welding, pipe threading, and schematics reading for complex installations Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, pliers, and screwdrivers; familiarity with power tools like drills and saws Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is a plus for integrated home comfort solutions Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation or repairs Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and teamwork dynamics Carpentry skills useful for remodeling or framing tasks involving plumbing work Heavy lifting capability to handle pipes, fixtures, and equipment safely throughout the day Knowledge of HVAC systems beneficial for integrated home heating solutions Commercial driving license preferred for transporting tools or materials between sites Handyman experience valuable for versatile troubleshooting across multiple home systems Ability to assemble plumbing components efficiently in various configurations Join us in delivering top-quality residential plumbing services!
